Tell us what
needs doing.
You’ll deal directly with the person looking after your place, so it’s easy to talk about what matters to you.
Before the first visit, we’ll go through the rooms, any special instructions, access and the time available. For Home Check visits, we’ll also agree on the schedule and who should receive the updates. If something changes, just let us know.
What we can help with
Cleaning at home.
Visits while you’re away.
Regular cleaning, a one-time deep clean or help when you’re moving—we’ll talk through what you need and what can fit into the appointment. We bring supplies and equipment, or use your preferred products if you’d rather. We also clean small offices.
House cleaningIf you’re away, we can stop by on an agreed schedule, check the accessible areas and send a written update. Collecting mail, watering plants and letting in an approved contractor can be included when arranged. Ask your insurer or broker how often your home needs to be checked.
Home Check visitsDBC is not a security company and does not provide guarding, patrols, surveillance, alarm response, or emergency response. We’ll agree on the visits and what happens if we notice a concern before you leave.
