Yes. A combined plan can include a scheduled residence check, agreed household routines, and cleaning before your return. The exact scope and time are confirmed during the walkthrough.
Do you bring your own cleaning products?+
Yes. DBC brings environmentally friendly, lower-impact supplies and equipment. We are also happy to use products you provide when a surface, scent preference, or household routine calls for them.
How often should my home be checked while I am away?+
Your insurer or broker determines the minimum required interval. DBC can follow that schedule or arrange more frequent visits whenever you want additional oversight.
What happens if you notice a problem?+
We document what is visible, contact you or your nominated decision-maker, and follow the authority limits agreed before service. With authorization, we can coordinate access for an appropriate local vendor.
