We’ll agree on the accessible areas, visible conditions to observe and any mail or plant routines. Each completed visit is documented and followed by a written update. If a visible concern needs attention, we contact you or the person you’ve nominated.

For an empty home being looked after by a family member or executor, we’ll also need to confirm who can authorize entry and who should receive the reports. Contractor access can be discussed when the visit plan is arranged.

DBC is not a security company and does not provide guarding, patrols, surveillance, alarm response, or emergency response.

Home Check is a scheduled visual visit, rather than a technical building inspection or a guarantee against loss.
